Greater Tokyo Real Estate Data Report is a statistics site that aggregates published data on real estate transactions, land prices and court auctions and presents it in a form anyone can read. We do not introduce properties, broker sales or give investment advice.
The Japanese edition of this site is the authoritative version. The English and Korean editions are reference translations; if anything differs, the Japanese text takes precedence.
Purpose
The price of real estate varies greatly with conditions such as building age, area and distance to the station. The aim of this site is to make movements that are hard to see in a plain median or average visible, through aggregation with conditions held constant and openly cited public data.
Operator
This site is operated by 東洋インターネットサービス株式会社. It is unrelated to, and is not guaranteed or sponsored by, the Japanese government, the courts or real estate distribution organizations. No advertising is currently displayed.
Updates
The figures are re-aggregated automatically once a week. The reference dates are shown at the bottom of each page. Depending on when the source data are published (actual transactions quarterly, official land prices once a year, auction results as they come), it can take time for the latest values to be reflected.
